A family day, entirely dedicated to employees and their families, focusing on bonding, fun, learning. And golf.
The proposal devised by WISE Golf for Pam System, a company from Vercelli specializing in the production of aluminum fixtures and closing systems, centered around achieving multiple objectives within a welcoming and stimulating environment. The event took place on October 14, 2023, at a prestigious resort nestled in the morainic hills overlooking the southern shore of Lake Garda. An initiative held in a single day, with every organizational aspect meticulously handled by the WISE Golf staff.

From Concept to Organization
WISE Golf meticulously orchestrated every detail of the initiative. From conceptualization to logistics, and from dedicated graphics to setups, every aspect was carefully managed by a team of professionals. They brought to life an event that fulfilled every aspect of the objectives set by the sponsoring company.
Learn, Cooperate, Have Fun
The day began with transportation by dedicated bus service from the company to the golf club. Upon arrival, following a meeting with the company management and the delivery of a message to all employees and their families, the activity commenced. Four professional golf instructors, led by Alfredo Da Corte, supported and instructed four teams into which the group was divided. Additionally, the activity was structured around four instructional stations, each focused on achieving specific technical objectives.
Learning, but also Winning
The educational proposal allowed participants to acquire knowledge and techniques while incorporating an element that fosters and stimulates: team competition. At the conclusion of the golf experience, participants were guided through a wonderful stroll among the vineyards near the golf club. Following a tour and wine tasting, the same location hosted lunch. At that moment, the winning team was declared and rewarded, and commemorative scrolls were presented to each participant. Subsequently, a bus service arranged for the return to Vercelli.
